In June, 2009 students’ movement Student Za Studenta has established 8 parking lots near universities of Lviv city. Total capacity of new parkings is 80 bicycles. URBO U-racks are constructed near 8 buildings of Lviv National University, Politechnical, Medical and Veterinar Universities.

Raiffeisen Bank Aval was a sponsor of this activity, and URBO TM has offered the lowest possible prices for the racks.We wish good luck to students in Lviv and other Ukrainian cities in their cycling promotion and advocacy activities!

In March and April 2009 here was established more than 200 URBO bicycle racks in the mountain resort town of Yaremche. Bike parkings appeared virtually everywhere - near shops, restaurants, museums, markets, schools, churches. Local cyclists and visitors are verified now that U-rack is really very practical, convenient and safe one!

Bike stands are made by URBO drawings, but produced at a local factory. They are installed as an action of non-profit project called BikeLand, which is funded by the European Union. Racks are painted in green - the corporate color of the project.
